Juan Ramos (CEO)
Executive leader with international, advisory, entrepreneurial and business experience. Holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and MBA from IESE (Barcelona, Spain), and an AMP from Harvard Business School. Juan has more than 25 years in Telecom, 35+ years in positions with an international focus, and extensive experience building successful companies. He is innovative and forward looking, actively seeking new approaches to challenging projects in order to achieve the best results.
Andrea Pagani (CTO)
Holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, cum laude, in nano technology from the University Politecnico in Milano, Italy. He started his career working for various world-leading telecom operators on complex business development projects globally (Verizon, Orange, France Telecom). His specialization in this sector brought him to found Upco in 2017, where he guided the development of a mobile telecom platform that is currently being extended to accommodate mobile payments.
